Final Conference Certificate
- Your final conference certificate will display only credit hours for those presentations for which you successfully complete a course evaluation.
- You will not receive credit (or the credit hours) on your final conference certificate if you do not complete an evaluation for a presentation.
- The verification code is needed for each block of instruction to unlock the evaluation for that session.
- It is important that you are logged into your account when completing evaluations. App and website accounts cannot be shared. Be mindful of this if you are substituting for a previously registered attendee. Make sure your account is set up correctly with your information before you begin submitting evaluations. Otherwise, your final certificate will have someone else's name on it. This cannot be corrected after evaluations have been completed.
Why Do We Use Verification Codes?
- Verification codes provide a measure of accountability to accreditation agencies that attendees receive the training for which they are granting credit.
- The codes serve as an incentive for attendees to complete evaluations of conference content and conference presenters.
- The conference receives important feedback from session evaluations.
- Many presenters are eager to get feedback about their sessions.
- Attendees will receive a unique verification code from the presenter at the end of each block of instruction attended. Be sure you record the code correctly as this will be your only opportunity to get the code. The code is case sensitive.
How Do Verification Codes Work?
- The unique verification code is required to "unlock" the evaluation for each block of instruction.
- Evaluations will only be accessible at the end time of each session, i.e., if the session ends at 9:45 am, the evaluation will not be accessible until that time.
- Your final conference certificate will display only those sessions and credit hours for which an evaluation was successfully completed.
- Two-part presentations will have a unique code for Part 1 and a different, unique code for Part 2.
- When attending a two part presentation, you will need to complete two evaluations (one for Part 1 and another for Part 2) in order to receive the full 150 minutes of credit.
- If you only complete one evaluation for a two-part presentation, you will only receive credit for that 75-minute block.
- However, if you only attend one part of a two-part presentation, and complete an evaluation, you will receive credit for the part of the session you attended and for which you completed an evaluation.
- Sessions that are repeated will have a unique verification code that is different than the other presentations of the repeated session.
- Evaluations should be completed immediately after the end of each session you attend.
