In the presentation attendees will learn the art of developing effective themes and theories to present to jurors in cases of child abuse. Particular emphasis will be placed on cases in which the outcome largely relies on the assessment of the child’s credibility versus the credibility of the accused. Responding to common defense arguments will also be explored.
