The presentation is divided into four sections. The first will present an overview of TikTok. This will be followed by and examination of different types of user data and how TikTok decides what data belongs in each category. Next will be a discussion of the different roles fulfilled by the Legal Process team, such as, the Law Enforcement Response Team which handles all incoming police data requests, the Emergency Disclosure Request team which handles all emergency requests, the Minor Safety team which handles all requests concerning minors and the Outreach team, which is the presenter's team and the role they play. Lastly the presenter will explain user data disclosure, and what types of data TikTok can provide investigators and what they would require from in order to provide it.

Attendees will have a greater understanding of TikTok as a company and App.
Attendees will learn how to submit valid legal process to TikTok and what data and information they can receive.
Attendees will learn about the different teams at TikTok that work with law enforcement and how these team members work to keep the platform safe.
