School violence and school shootings continue to bring fear and sadness to our nation. In this presentation, we will replace some of that fear with education including an option that is building safer schools today. Together we will focus on school culture and climate-changing strategies that create safer schools from the inside out, while in full support of our current response and minimizing loss practices. We will also bring focus on the reduction if not elimination of violence and mental health issues caused by victimization within our schools. As most of us know it is, "Not About the Guns" it's about our children. The time is long overdue to turn the clocks back and create safe schools where our children can and will thrive.
