This workshop is designed to provide prosecutors, investigators, and analysts an overview of TikTok's commitment to user safety and addressing emerging risks and potential harms that may occur from new behaviors. TikTok Law Enforcement Guidelines, Terms of Service and Community Guidelines will be explained, followed by an interactive discussion on how we assess various types of legal law enforcement and data requests. This presentation will be conducted in Spanish.
