This workshop details the art and science of preparing for and conducting a cross examination of a suspect or lay defense witnesses in cases of child maltreatment. This presentation is specifically for prosecutors and child protection attorneys, but other MDT members may also gain a deeper understanding of cross examination practices by attending.
