This workshop will present opportunities to network with other Children Advocacy Center staff to discuss the client journey. Part 1 will focus on MDT Coordination, Case Staffing/Review, and Data/Outcome Measurement. Part 2 will focus on Forensic Interviews, Family Advocacy, and Mental Health Services. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions, network, and share best practices in the field. Bring your questions, experiences, and desire to learn from your peers.

Identify emerging issues and discuss strategies for effective MDT coordination and partner relations
Discuss strategies for utilizing data and outcome measurement to improve services
Learn how to apply best practices in a child advocacy center setting regarding forensic interviewing, family advocacy, and mental health services
