The multidisciplinary model of responding to child maltreatment ensures that children are provided with the best possible services that promote healing and justice. While we know that working in the field of child maltreatment can take its toll on the individuals dedicated to serving children and families, teams can also be impacted by working in this field. During this workshop, we will explore how together, teams can build a culture of resilience that will enable them to respond and rebound from the variety of situations that can negatively impact team effectiveness.
