An organized effective response to a missing child is crucial. Developing a Child Abduction Response Team (CART) will ensure no stone goes unturned during a missing/endangered child event. Through this presentation, participants will examine the components of a CART as well as determine how to properly structure a CART to fit their needs. Participants will learn about existing CARTs and what contributes to the team’s success and sustainability.
