Since the pandemic, many teams are feeling disconnected from their MDT partners. As we enter into the post-pandemic era, it is a good time to reconnect your MDT and realign the team around its purpose and mission so that the response to child abuse in your communities can be enhanced. During this workshop, we will explore ways that teams can reconnect with each other and discuss strategies to realign the MDT around a common purpose and mission that brings value to partner agencies and the children and families we serve.
