Christy Prang is the Director of Training and Community Engagement at BraveBe where she educates and empowers adults to protect and stand up for kids. Since 2015, she helps educate MDT members across seventeen counties in Southeast Nebraska. Christy partners with local schools to provide education opportunities to youth on topics ranging from Digital Citizenship to Body Safety and establishing safe boundaries. Prior to working at BraveBe, Christy developed a passion for working with kids and families while working in the foster care program, both as a Family Partner and later as a trainer. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Non-Profit Management from Doane University. Christy’s received her undergraduate in Criminal Justice from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
