Moe McClanahan is a High-Tech Crime Specialist with the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C). After twenty years in law enforcement, Moe retired from the Christiansburg Police Department (CPD) in Virginia where she served her last eight plus years as the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Investigator. She has been trained and has worked both reactive and proactive cases including P2P , UC Chat and CyberTips from NCMEC. During her time as an ICAC Investigator, she trained and educated over 10,000 children, parents, and police officers inInternet safety. Moe is a certified IADLEST Instructor, certified Cyber Crime Investigator and earned her master and bachelor degrees in Criminal Justice from the University of Northern Colorado.
