Whitney Kramer is a Trial Attorney with the Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section (CEOS) at the United States Department of Justice (DOJ). In that capacity, she investigates and prosecutes a range of federal child exploitation offenses around the country, including the production and trafficking of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sex trafficking, coercion and enticement, and other sexual crimes against minor victims. Whitney received her law degree from Harvard Law School and her bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA). During law school, Whitney served as a Frederick Douglass Fellow with the Human Trafficking Institute; a clinical intern for the Children’s Law Center of Massachusetts; a student prosecutor with the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office in Boston, Massachusetts; and a summer intern for DOJ’s Office of International Affairs. Prior to law school, Whitney worked as an Intelligence Analyst at the FBI, where she primarily focused on juvenile sex trafficking and child abduction offenses.
