Amanda Kemberling has served with the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) - Intelligence and Counterterrorism Division since 2020. Amanda is the lead Criminal Intelligence Analyst for the Texas Crimes Against Children Center (TCACC). Prior to her current role, she provided support to the Texas
Fusion Center (Watch Intelligence Information Program) and Homeland Security Unit. Amanda instructs the Interdiction for the Protection of Children (IPC) Fusion Center module, educating law enforcement of intelligence analysis options available to them. She has completed the IPC Train the Trainer course, Crimes Against Children Investigations Course, Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analysis Course with Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Advanced Dynamics in Child Sexual Abuse Disclosure Course with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). Amanda is a graduate of the Texas DPS Building Expertise and Analytical Readiness (BEAR) Academy, DPS Criminal Intelligence Analyst Academy, the FBI Analytic Writing for Collaboration Course and the DHS Intermediate Tradecraft and Analysis Course (ITAC). She has supported operations to include the 2023 United States Marshal Service (USMS) Missing Child Operation, Western District assisting in the recovery
of over 30 missing children from San Antonio and the surrounding areas in Texas.
