Kris Bertelsen Ph.D., is a survivor, advocate, author, and researcher. He was involved as a witness in the investigation of Jacob Wetterling's abduction case from the beginning in 1989 until it's resolution in 2016. Kris earned his B.S. from St. Cloud State University, M.A. from the University of Delaware, and doctorate from the University of Central Arkansas researching entrepreneurship for offenders. He's spoken at the American Psychological Association, Crimes Against Children Conference, and many national education conferences. An advocate, he hopes his childhood experiences, podcast, and memoir serve as hope and a call to action.
