Justin Fitzsimmons is an Associate Vice President at NW3C and Assistant State’s Attorney at the Lake County State’s Attorney’s Office. He trains at international, national, state and local conferences on the subjects of sexual and severe physical abuse against children and the role of technology in child exploitation cases. He is licensed to practice law in Illinois and has significant experience as a prosecuting attorney. He has published articles on child sexual exploitation and emerging technological issues. He has served as a member of national working groups to develop responses and education to technology-facilitated crimes.
