Collective Liberty
Rochelle Keyhan is the CEO of Collective Liberty, a national anti-trafficking organization that runs the Human Trafficking Fusion Center. She and her team provide training and technical assistance for law enforcement building offender-focused, trauma-informed anti-trafficking cases. To-date she has trained over 10,000 law enforcement and prosecutors across 450+ US jurisdictions. Her team's analytical support has led to the arrest of over 2,000 traffickers and buyers attempting to purchase sex, as well as the identification and support of hundreds of trafficking survivors. Before starting Collective Liberty, Rochelle was a prosecutor in Philadelphia where she handled over 20,000 gender based violence cases, including the state's first two trafficking trials. She also worked at Polaris Project, where she co-authored the IMB, Typology, and Intersections reports.
