Zachary Neefe

Zachary Neefe is a Special Agent with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. His responsibilities include proactive child exploitation investigations involving online enticement or child sexual abuse material (CSAM) offenders across seventeen counties in Central North Carolina. Additionally, Zachary provides coordination and support to HSI's numerous task force officers and area ICAC affiliates. His current focus involves production offenses, previously-registered sexual offenders recommitting sexual offenses, and offenders in positions of public trust. He has been an ICAC-specialized investigator since 2017 and previously worked as a federal task force officer, major crimes detective, and patrol officer with another law enforcement agency within the local area.
