Bethany Golio, LCSW is a therapist at the Dallas Children's Advocacy Center where she provides evidence-based and trauma-informed assessment, diagnosis, and mental health treatment to children/adolescents who have experienced child sexual abuse, physical abuse, or were witness to a violent crime. She has worked with child and adult survivors of abuse for over ten years. She received her Masters degree in Social Work with a concentration in Clinical Social Work with Children and Families at Baylor University after receiving her Bachelors of Social Work from Texas A&M University - Commerce. Bethany is certified in TF-CBT and trained in EMDR therapy.
