Stacey Todd is a federal prosecutor and trial attorney specializing in crimes against children and domestic violence, and has been for the last two years. She works closely with law enforcement partners, social services, child advocacy centers, crisis centers, and tribal advocates to seek justice for women and children in Indian Country. Prior to joining the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Stacey was the Assistant District Attorney of Modoc County, California, where she prosecuted child sex crimes and was on the board of the sexual assault response team. Stacey was published in the California District Attorneys Association’s Prosecutor’s Brief for her work in child molestation. Stacey graduated magna cum laude from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2013 with a concentration in criminal law.
