This workshop will provide comprehensive guidance for handling the criminal offense of medical child abuse from the time of initial report by medical personnel all the way through trial prep for the prosecuting attorneys. Effective techniques will be discussed for all disciplines, including medical, child protection services, law enforcement, forensic interviewers, and prosecutors. Actual case examples will be used through the presentation to demonstrate the effectiveness of these techniques.
